Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the Wealth Management team (investment, insurance, treasury specialists) to deliver holistic solutions to onshore Premier clients.
  • •Nurture and activate client portfolios to fund up to Premier Balance, building a strong foundation for customer growth.
  • •Provide regular market updates and financial planning/advisory services aligned to clients’ needs and investment profiles.
  • •Perform market analysis to identify potential client leads and opportunities, ensuring portfolio quality and broad-based solutions.
  • •Proactively manage relationships and educate clients to adopt a Digital First approach, minimizing in-branch activities for low-value tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong academic qualifications and good knowledge in wealth management with a proven track record managing clients’ portfolios (personal/premier banking).
  • •Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
  • •Strong interpersonal relationship skills to work individually and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • •Outgoing disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Driven to excel in a challenging environment and effectively recognize customers’ personal banking and wealth management needs.
