Key Responsibilities

  • •Support efficiency and innovation optimization projects within the Technical Change Management department to speed up and simplify processes.
  • •Coordinate with technical and operational teams to identify, analyze, and structure existing needs and requirements.
  • •Design, program, and implement “smart” tools using coding and modern AI solutions to apply requirements in practice.
  • •Assist PMO and team organization with action and tracking lists, status/progress reports, and budget planning.
  • •Prepare technical presentations and events and support work assignments to external companies.

Key Requirements

  • •Enrolled full-time student (d/m/w) in Informatics, Engineering, Configuration Management, Business Informatics or a comparable field.
  • •Good software and programming skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript or similar) with strong affinity for digitalization, automation, and AI solutions.
  • •Ability to analytically capture complex technical requirements and translate them into practical tool solutions.
  • •Strong communication skills and confident stakeholder management.
  • •Good knowledge of MS Office and the Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, presentations).
