Key Requirements

  • •A High School Diploma or equivalent, or a certificate of completion from an accredited technical school is required, with typically at least 7 years of HVAC/controls experience.
  • •Hands-on Niagara Framework experience, including commissioning, programming, graphics setup, integration, troubleshooting, and service of building automation systems.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and working proficiency with a handheld computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
  • •Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the previous 3 years.
  • •Previous experience with DDC controls systems is preferred.
