Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and document repeatable manufacturing and assembly processes for prototype and pre-production parts.
  • •Build and improve fixtures, jigs, and workflows to reduce build time, scrap, and rework.
  • •Own process validation and durability testing for supported parts and assemblies, surfacing failure modes early.
  • •Produce and maintain accurate CAD and process documentation so parts and methods can be reproduced reliably.
  • •Partner with design and engineering on next robot revisions to drive design-for-manufacturability improvements.

Key Requirements
