Skipper

Operate and navigate assigned Company pilot boats, speed boats, or work boats safely and in full compliance with maritime regulations and Port requirements. Transport pilots and authorized personnel, ensure safe embarkation/disembarkation, and perform pre-departure readiness checks. Maintain bridge watchkeeping and accurate voyage documentation, communications with VTS/Marine Operations, and ensure all safety, security, and environmental procedures are followed, including emergency response and oil spill support.
