Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain business requirements documents, requirement registers, user stories, acceptance criteria, assumptions, constraints, and traceability logs.
  • •Map current and future business processes, identify gaps, pain points, and improvement opportunities, and document impacts clearly.
  • •Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, application engineers, and Minor Works to ensure requirements are understood, feasible, and aligned with solution design.
  • •Support demand intake and scoping by clarifying the business problem, expected benefits, impacted users, dependencies, risks, and change-preparation elements.
  • •Support prioritization using methods such as MoSCoW and deliver governance outputs including requirements documents, design contributions, test scenarios, UAT evidence, stakeholder validations, transfer documentation, and decision logs.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in business administration, information systems, engineering, science, project management, or a related field.
  • •Experience supporting requirements discovery, business analysis, or delivering projects across multiple initiatives.
  • •Ability to structure ambiguous business needs into clear requirements, scope, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready documentation.
  • •Understanding of business, functional, and non-functional requirements and their role across planning, solution design, implementation, and testing.
  • •Strong communication skills in written and spoken form (preferably bilingual French/English) and accuracy in maintaining requirements registers.
