Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct thorough inspections and audits of MEP systems and installations to identify deviations or non-conformities.
  • •Develop and maintain QA/QC plans, procedures, and documentation for MEP projects.
  • •Review and approve MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and construction methods for compliance with design requirements and codes.
  • •Monitor and supervise installation and commissioning, performing regular site visits and documenting findings and reports.
  • •Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to implement corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a QA/QC role within the UAE construction industry, preferably with a focus on MEP projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection.
  • •Excellent understanding of quality control principles, standards, and regulations applicable to the UAE construction sector.
  • •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
