Own squad delivery health end-to-end, manage dependencies with external partners (POS/PMS/payment/loyalty), review RFCs and technical proposals, and embed security/compliance (e.g., PCI DSS) into engineering execution while driving measurable improvements using delivery and quality metrics.

•Turn quarterly roadmaps into realistic delivery plans, track progress, and report status with metrics.

•Manage cross-domain and third-party dependencies, escalating and resolving blockers early.
•Review RFCs and technical proposals and lead technical discussions with integration partners, ensuring feasibility and embedding security/compliance into delivery.
