Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end design and implementation of enterprise Smartsheet solutions using Advanced Work Management capabilities.
  • •Architect scalable solutions using Smartsheet core functionality and premium applications (Control Center, Dynamic View, Data Shuttle, DataMesh, Pivot, Calendar App, Connectors).
  • •Design solution frameworks including data models, template sets, intake workflows, portfolio roll-ups, dashboards, and reporting for enterprise governance and standardization.
  • •Configure automated workflows, approval processes, update requests, alerts, forms, and cross-sheet reporting solutions.
  • •Partner with business and operational stakeholders, troubleshoot complex solution issues, and support change management, training, documentation, and transition to business-as-usual support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business, engineering, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience).
  • •5+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying Smartsheet enterprise solutions in large, complex organizations.
  • •3+ years of experience with Smartsheet Advanced Work Management and its associated premium applications.
  • •Strong experience with Control Center, Dynamic View, Data Shuttle, DataMesh, Pivot, Calendar App, Connectors, plus core automation, forms, dashboards, and reporting.
  • •Willing to work fixed night shifts and 3 days onsite per week.
