Job Summary

Design and deploy enterprise Smartsheet solutions focused on Advanced Work Management (AWM), translating business and operational requirements into scalable, secure workflows. Architect frameworks for data models, templates, intake and portfolio roll-ups, dashboards, and governance controls. Partner with business leaders, PMOs, and operational teams, configure automations and reporting, troubleshoot complex issues, and support user enablement, training, and transition to business-as-usual support.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end design and implementation of enterprise Smartsheet solutions using Advanced Work Management capabilities.
•Architect scalable solutions using Smartsheet core functionality and premium applications (Control Center, Dynamic View, Data Shuttle, DataMesh, Pivot, Calendar App, Connectors).
•Design solution frameworks including data models, template sets, intake workflows, portfolio roll-ups, dashboards, and reporting for enterprise governance and standardization.
•Configure automated workflows, approval processes, update requests, alerts, forms, and cross-sheet reporting solutions.
•Partner with business and operational stakeholders, troubleshoot complex solution issues, and support change management, training, documentation, and transition to business-as-usual support.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business, engineering, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience).
•5+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying Smartsheet enterprise solutions in large, complex organizations.
•3+ years of experience with Smartsheet Advanced Work Management and its associated premium applications.
•Strong experience with Control Center, Dynamic View, Data Shuttle, DataMesh, Pivot, Calendar App, Connectors, plus core automation, forms, dashboards, and reporting.
•Willing to work fixed night shifts and 3 days onsite per week.
