  • •Architect, plan, and lead the design and development of the Support System (deployment, supply, operations, maintenance, and related elements).
  • •Hire, develop, and grow a hands-on Engineering team focused on practical Support System solutions.
  • •Collaborate with customer stakeholders to define a comprehensive concept of employment that captures operational needs.
  • •Own “Day In The Life Of” decomposition activities to inform functional decomposition shaping air vehicle and mission systems.
  • •Develop the Thunder Project Reliability and Maintainability Plan (RMP) and design/enable transport and handling equipment for rapid deployment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or an aviation-related technical discipline.
  • •10+ years of experience in Aviation, Aerospace, or product development/design environments, including technology maturation.
  • •Familiarity applying Systems Engineering, with first-hand understanding of its benefits and limitations.
  • •Experience working in operational environments performing logistics, maintenance, or training roles, including supporting fielded systems.
  • •Experience with high voltage systems/batteries and/or hybrid powertrains.
