Key Responsibilities

  • •Detail vehicles by washing, cleaning interiors, and performing exterior buffing as needed.
  • •Move vehicles from one department to the next within Inspection Centers (Lot Attendant).
  • •Photograph vehicles so customers can view them in Carvana spinners (Photobooth Associate).
  • •Inspect vehicles’ interior and exterior and accurately identify imperfections/defects (Inspection Associate).
  • •Work assigned shifts and be available for mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license; some positions may require an MVR check.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Use required safety equipment, including items like face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and protective garments.
