Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and maintain Crusoe’s enterprise Quality Management System, including QMS policies, standards, and governance that scale with manufacturing expansion.
  • •Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, customer standards, and applicable regulatory requirements; translate evolving standards into operational controls.
  • •Lead the enterprise audit program (internal, customer, supplier, certification, and regulatory), including audit planning, execution, findings closure, and transition toward proactive quality.
  • •Own enterprise NCR and CAPA governance: standardize RCA, containment, and effectiveness verification, and track systemic trends to prevent recurrence.
  • •Manage quality document and change control (document management system, records access, and obsolescence prevention) and establish quality records governance integrated with ERP/MES and inspection tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
  • •7+ years of experience in Quality, QMS, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Quality, including developing and scaling QMS frameworks.
  • •Deep working knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management principles with demonstrated regulatory compliance expertise.
  • •Proven track record managing internal, customer, regulatory, and third-party certification audits.
  • •Strong CAPA/NCR expertise, including structured problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone) and document/change control governance.
