Key Responsibilities

•Manage novelties listings in the Assortment Management Tool following regional innovation programs.
•Ensure implementation of the innovation program by following orders, setting parameters, and keeping locations informed of updates and introductions.
•Maintain assortment reports by door and address gaps; manage extensions and delistings of items in the Assortment Management Tool.
•Address creation, extension, and adjustments of vendors in Avolta’s database and review monthly assortment performance by vendor, brand, and SKU.
•Coordinate with countries to advise on brand rollouts, listings, promotions, and to participate in business updates and marketing calendar discussions.

Key Requirements

•1-3 years experience in marketing/category management and/or experience with FMCG.
•Experience with promotions, assortment management, and vendor coordination.
•Ability to manage listings, extensions, and delistings in the Assortment Management Tool.
•Strong cross-country coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
•Desirable: experience in travel retail.
