Fixed-Term Contract Technical Recruiter II

Build and scale Braze’s PDE (Product, Design, and Engineering) hiring by owning full-cycle, high-impact technical recruiting with minimal guidance. Design and execute recruiting strategies using Greenhouse, Gem, and Looker data to improve processes and candidate experience. Partner closely with hiring managers (including executives), mentor junior team members, drive TA operational improvements, and act as a change agent during process updates.
