Job Summary

Own the MCP (Model Context Protocol) server strategy and integrations powering Lattice AI. You’ll ship new MCP tools, authentication, agentic execution frameworks, and evaluation capabilities, while building third-party connectors that bring productivity data (e.g., Jira, GitHub, Slack) into the workflows customers already use. Partner closely with Engineering and Partnerships to translate technical constraints into product decisions, drive adoption and reliability outcomes, and launch integrations with measurable ecosystem impact.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of product management experience with meaningful ownership of integrations, platform, or ecosystem surfaces built end-to-end.
•Experience building technical integrations in multi-party ecosystems where partnership strategy influenced what you built.
•Strong technical fluency with integration patterns, data sync/field mapping, webhooks, and auth/OAuth; able to discuss architecture with engineers and partner CTOs.
•Proven track record shipping scalable, reliable integrations and launching partner or marketplace integrations with go-to-market teams.
•Clear, confident communication and alignment-building across internal teams and external partners, with a bias for action in ambiguous environments.
