•Code, architect, and own backend components for an AI-powered communications platform.
•Potentially lead a small team or project and provide technical guidance.

•Improve core messaging and calling features, customer data management, and visibility of conversations and contacts.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience with TypeScript, or object-oriented languages such as Java or C# with JavaScript/Node.
•Strong experience with observability tools, including metrics, structured logging, and distributed tracing.
