Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a functional consultant in JDE EnterpriseOne across Manufacturing, CAM, and CSMS modules.
•Configure and support JDE manufacturing processes (BOM, Routing, Shop Floor, MRP, Work Orders).
•Implement and manage CSMS including equipment/install base management, contract (warranty/service), and service work orders/after-sales processes.
•Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support.
•Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, reports, and integrations; prepare FSD and assist with TSD documentation.

•10–15 years of experience with JDE EnterpriseOne.
•Experience implementing, supporting, and upgrading JDE projects.
