Job Summary

Lead EHV Transmission and Distribution projects for the Power & Energy Program Management team, providing high-level technical project leadership across the full lifecycle from proposal through closeout. Manage schedule, budget, resources, vendors, and contractors while driving compliance with regulatory, corporate, and departmental procedures. Serve as a key leadership point for major issues, report project performance to stakeholders, coordinate across disciplines, and mentor and guide assigned staff.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide PM leadership for larger-scale project planning, including initiation, design, engineering, material procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out for multiple concurrent projects.
•Manage project execution including schedule, budget, and resources (including vendors and contractors).
•Act as a key point of contact for major project issues, escalating and coordinating within governance structures.
•Track and report project performance metrics and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, corporate, and departmental procedures across all project phases.
•Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across disciplines and management levels; mentor staff and provide performance guidance and leadership.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Project/Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Physical Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience in an A/E/C firm, utility, EPC, or power delivery consulting environment.
•12+ years of relevant post-education experience in a project management role within the industry.
•Proven project delivery expertise with experience managing projects across multiple delivery models (DBB, EPC, PDB).
•Strong analytical, organizational, and business acumen skills to bridge business and project objectives.
•Advanced proficiency with interpersonal and communication skills and strict adherence to QA/QC; ability to independently provide project leadership and guidance.
