Logistics Manager

Oversee day-to-day transportation and logistics operations at a Carvana Logistics Field Operation site, coordinating with site leaders and aligning team goals and objectives. Review and adjust daily route schedules with Logistics Operations Planning and Scheduling, mentor and manage direct reports, and support succession planning and performance management. Ensure workplace safety standards are met (including GEMBA walks) and coordinate warehouse workflow to monitor inventory movement and staffing needs.
