Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Engineering, Product leadership, and business stakeholders to turn Platform Services strategy into executable technical programs across Enterprise, Drive, and Parcels.
  • •Lead complex cross-organization execution by establishing ownership and milestones, surfacing dependencies and tradeoffs, and driving alignment.
  • •Build technical depth on architecture, integrations, data flows, and operational systems supporting Drive, Parcels, and Enterprise.
  • •Turn ambiguous technical and business inputs into clear problem framing, success definitions, risk/option assessments, and an execution plan.
  • •Connect engineering execution to business outcomes by guiding prioritization based on merchant, partner, customer, and economic impacts.

Key Requirements
