Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate forklifts, cranes, conveyors, and other material-handling equipment to move steel products.
  • •Safely load and unload steel materials from trucks, conveyors, and storage areas according to SOPs.
  • •Maintain accurate records of material movement, stock levels, and distribution logs.
  • •Follow workplace safety regulations, including PPE usage, load capacity limits, and equipment maintenance checks.
  • •Inspect materials for damage, perform pre-operational checks/routine maintenance, and respond to emergencies (malfunctions and load spills).

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years working experience, with 2 years relevant experience (1 year GCC experience is a plus).
  • •Experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material-handling machinery.
  • •Knowledge of steel product handling, storage, and distribution requirements.
  • •Understanding of workplace safety standards, load balancing, and hazardous material handling.
  • •Preferred SAP/ERP functional skills to support distribution and tracking activities.
