Key Responsibilities

•Act as Global Relationship Manager to develop and manage relationships with a portfolio of emerging and established VC clients
•Anticipate client needs and manage concerns with internal operations and product groups
•Support Head of Emerging Managers to develop and execute business plans to improve client experience and drive growth
•Lead conversations with new prospective clients and support them through the full client lifecycle
•Think creatively to leverage the HSBC platform to develop solutions beyond basic banking and lending products

Key Requirements

•Proven experience leading client relationships and delivering banking and lending solutions
•Strong understanding of fund and management company needs of VC firms
•Solid grasp of risk, controls, and compliance including KYC and financial crime
•Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication with ability to influence senior stakeholders
•Passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional client experience
