Implement and optimize IBM’s Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) by leading TRIRIGA configuration, customization, testing, and deployment. Own delivery through project timelines and cross-functional coordination, while providing workshops, user training, documentation, and ongoing support to stabilize the system and resolve functional issues.

•Lead TRIRIGA solution configuration, customization, testing, and deployment tailored to client requirements.
•Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
•Manage project timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver TRIRIGA implementations.
•Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations, including configuring TRIRIGA applications and performing functional testing.
•Provide training, user support, workshops, and documentation for system processes and end-user manuals, and support system stability by troubleshooting functional issues.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in IBM TRIRIGA.
•Proven end-to-end implementation experience in IBM TRIRIGA projects.
•Experience gathering requirements, documenting, testing, and providing user acceptance support.
•Ability to conduct workshops, provide training, and support knowledge transfer.
•Troubleshoot functional issues and work with technical teams to resolve integration or application errors.
