Key Responsibilities

•Own the full lifecycle of Funding Agreement and FABN deals, including live deal execution, settlement coordination, interest payments, principal repayments, and maturity.
•Manage all deal documentation workflows — distribution notes, ratings agency letters, regulatory filings, and signature packets.
•Maintain deal tracking files, payment schedules, interest accruals, and expense documentation across all active issuances.
•Lead the Quarterly FABN Program Update end-to-end: due diligence, MD&A disclosure review, legal alignment, auditor coordination, exchange filings, and final signatures.
•Coordinate across Legal, Statutory Reporting, external auditors, and outside counsel to keep quarterly deliverables on track.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field
•5–8 years of professional experience with a track record of owning and improving operational processes
•A fast starter who takes initiative, thrives on managing complex processes, and proactively finds ways to make them better
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
•Self-starter comfortable operating with a high degree of independence in a satellite office setting
