Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end experience design for key client journeys across web and digital products, from concept through detailed design and launch.
  • •Work with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations to translate strategy into actionable design and align on priorities.
  • •Design multi-platform experiences that scale across devices, operating systems, and breakpoints while maintaining clarity and consistency.
  • •Prototype, test, and iterate quickly using research and data, defining success metrics and learning loops with Product and Data.
  • •Contribute to and extend the design system and partner with Engineering through implementation to ensure quality at launch.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant professional experience in UX or Product Design, assessed at Level 3 (Product Designer II) or Level 4 (Senior Product Designer).
  • •A portfolio demonstrating strong product intuition and craft (layout, typography, hierarchy, interaction design).
  • •Demonstrated experience shipping digital products, ideally responsive web and multiple surfaces.
  • •Experience designing responsive/adaptive layouts and component-based systems with platform-aware interaction patterns.
  • •Comfort working across the boundaries of product design (prototyping, code, data, or new tools) and collaborating effectively across Design, Product, and Engineering.
