Job Summary

Own the day-to-day operations of the warehouse logistics hub, ensuring merchandise is received, stored, and shipped accurately and on time. Lead and coordinate warehouse staff, enforce operational excellence, and manage inbound/outbound logistics and freight handling. Optimize inventory control using ODOO, define KPI reporting, oversee logistics and facility budgets, and ensure safety and compliance while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and direct warehouse operations staff to ensure safety, high performance, and alignment with company goals.
•Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective handling of all freight.
•Manage inventory integrity in ODOO by categorizing items, executing regular audits, and updating stock levels from receiving/shipping workflows.
•Define, track, and report KPIs for inventory accuracy, facility throughput, and operational efficiency; manage logistics and facility budgets.
•Ensure occupational health and safety compliance through a facility maintenance plan, and act as the primary POC for internal and external stakeholders while coordinating with vendors.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, including picking, packing, and reception.
•Strong inventory management skills with attention to accuracy to prevent discrepancies and shipping errors.
•Comfortable using Google Sheets and Excel, plus digital warehouse tools such as PDAs and Warehouse Management Systems (SGA).
•Ability to lead and direct warehouse operations staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
•Valid forklift operator license (Carné de Carretillero) and heavy equipment certification (highly valued).
