Key Responsibilities

  • •Identifies outcomes with regard to patient care delivery and timely care.
  • •Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards and regulatory requirements; recommends adjustments as needed.
  • •Provides basic assessment skills to determine normal vs. abnormal characteristics.
  • •Delivers safe and appropriate patient care using the nursing process.
  • •Plans patient care based on assessment and validated by peers; initiates emergency procedures when indicated.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • •Minimum 3 years nursing experience (required)
  • •Minimum 1 year in GCC (preferred)
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills
  • •Experience with nursing process and regulatory/quality standards (QCHP/JCI)
