Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end projects improving developer tooling, environments, and operational workflows (speed, reliability, and safety).
  • •Design and operate internal tooling/services in Python and/or Go.
  • •Build tooling for the internal developer platform (self-service workflows, shared patterns, developer-facing interfaces).
  • •Add automation and enable developer workflows across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • •Develop AI-based workflows and improve observability (metrics/logs/traces) to reduce repetitive manual work and make failures easier to diagnose; drive incident follow-ups and mentor engineers through reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience building and operating production services in Python and/or Go.
  • •Experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and core primitives (IAM, networking, compute).
  • •Experience building developer productivity tooling (CI systems, build tooling, developer portals, workflow automation).
  • •Track record leading ambiguous, cross-team technical projects to completion.
  • •Strong communication and engineering judgment.
