Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a team of engineers, delegating activities to ensure technical quality, schedule adherence and cost control in line with project leads and program managers
  • •Animate and engage the team by developing a long-term perspective and driving continuous improvement initiatives in engineering strategy with technical leads
  • •Build and update the provisional workload plan in coordination with operations manager
  • •Maintain technical and operational oversight on selected projects (design, simulation, prototyping) while ensuring leadership presence
  • •Represent the team and communicate with stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration across antennas, RF, design office and technology teams

Key Requirements

  • •Must have proven leadership of a technical team (10-15 people) in a complex environment
  • •Significant experience (>10 years) in hardware development for hyperfrequency antennas
  • •Strong proficiency with design tools and methods (e.g., Matlab, HFSS) and hardware development processes
  • •Fluent written and spoken English; ability to communicate across disciplines
  • •Engineer by training with experience in project management and team leadership
