Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee global transportation oversight for finished goods, bulk spirits, raw materials, and equipment across the international network.
  • •Manage carriers and customs brokers, including sourcing, selecting, negotiating freight rates, and service agreements.
  • •Lead regulatory compliance across U.S. and foreign jurisdictions, serving as trade account owner with CBP and ensuring compliance with hazardous materials and alcohol regulations.
  • •Oversee freight audit and payment processes, resolving transportation claims, and directing import/export operations and documentation for ocean, air, truck, and intermodal shipments.
  • •Lead and develop a team of Global Logistics Analysts; produce logistics reporting, analytics, and transportation cost studies while developing and enforcing transportation policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related) with minimum 8 years of Logistics/Transportation experience.
  • •Proven experience managing global transportation logistics for finished goods, raw materials, and equipment across an international network.
  • •Extensive knowledge of U.S. and international customs regulations, including tariff classifications, valuation, and country of origin determinations.
  • •Experience sourcing, selecting, and negotiating global freight rates and service agreements with carriers and brokers.
  • •Regulatory expertise across DOT, FMC, hazardous materials, customs, and alcohol-related regulations.
