Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete daily preventive maintenance (PM) tasks on schedule to minimize downtime and keep production lines running.
  • •Set up, inspect, test, and repair machinery by diagnosing malfunctions, dismantling faulty equipment, and replacing or repairing parts.
  • •Clean, lubricate, and maintain key machinery components (e.g., bearings, gears, shafts) to prevent wear.
  • •Assist production and quality teams with troubleshooting and repairs as needed, and take on additional duties to prevent delays.
  • •Support facility care by helping repair and maintain the physical plant structure for a clean, safe, organized environment.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED and 1+ years of related experience or training in industrial mechanical maintenance or food manufacturing maintenance; or 4 years direct experience in the same environment.
  • •Vocational/technical diploma or an associate degree in technical maintenance or vocational school (preferred).
  • •Ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with personnel and outside contractors.
  • •Ability to operate a forklift, genie lift, scissor lift, or other powered industrial trucks (PIT).
  • •Ability to read and execute work orders, write daily reports, and follow oral and written instructions.
