Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate APAC workstreams by liaising with the executive leadership team and ensuring milestones and KPIs are consistently reported.
  • •Participate in the organization’s strategic and annual business plans to support operational excellence.
  • •Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners, managing complex multi-layered projects and meeting deadlines under pressure.
  • •Analyze project metrics to identify risks early and produce actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
  • •Maintain project documentation and governance, and conduct research, data analysis, and reporting as requested.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT/Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •2+ years of consulting, business operations, or commercial transformation experience, preferably in a Big 4 or equivalent environment.
  • •Experience in a transformation/project management office or a high-growth environment building processes from scratch.
  • •Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with strong business acumen.
  • •Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills to interpret, analyze, and structure data effectively.
