Key Responsibilities

  • •Support manufacturing operations.
  • •Develop and implement improved methods, procedures, and processes to improve efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality.
  • •Implement project/improvement plans for efficiency, cost reduction, quality improvement, and new product support.
  • •Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support continuous production flow and minimize cycle time.
  • •Support manufacturing ramp with equipment/process startup and process experiments; perform data analysis and problem resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant die prep operation experience in the semiconductor field.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • •Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies.
  • •Knowledge of backgrind process, mechanical saw process, and Laser Saw Process.
