Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop contract strategy within the business unit/COE and define contract terms/conditions per company standards
  • •Manage post-award contract activities, including vendor performance and compliance, payment term enforcement, and contract modifications
  • •Ensure contract close-out, extension, or renewal by verifying completion of work and coordinating ongoing issues/change management
  • •Provide contract management performance and compliance metrics, and act as a point of contact to resolve contractual issues
  • •Analyze and resolve business conflicts between the company and vendors, identify value-maximizing opportunities, and partner with supply chain to structure negotiations

Key Requirements

  • •Associates degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, engineering, or related discipline
  • •3+ years of experience using contract management techniques
  • •Ability to work autonomously
  • •Strong project management skills and ability to influence/partner with internal and external stakeholders
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, Maximo, and SRM
