Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the internal systems lead for the full global Workday implementation, owning technical configuration and delivery through go-live.
  • •Gather requirements from functional teams and translate them into Workday configuration across Core HCM and related modules.
  • •Configure and support the Workday tenant across regions (US, EMEA, China, India), accounting for localization, statutory needs, and governance.
  • •Partner with the SI on testing (unit, integration, UAT), defect resolution, data conversion, and validation to ensure data integrity.
  • •Design security groups, business processes, workflows, and Workday integrations (including reporting/data flows), and provide post-go-live support and enablement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration/consulting experience.
  • •Led or served as a lead systems consultant on at least one full global Workday implementation, with functional and configuration experience across multiple Workday modules.
  • •Solid understanding of US and international Workday configuration with hands-on experience supporting multiple regions (including US, EMEA, China, and India).
  • •Experience integrating Workday with downstream platforms using Workday integration tools and patterns (EIBs, Workday Studio, Workday Web Services) and common HR integration partners.
  • •Experience with Workday reporting (report writer, dashboards, advanced reporting) and data conversion/validation for full implementations.
