Key Responsibilities

  • •Train applicators to properly install Sarnafil roofing and waterproofing systems and provide training as needed.
  • •Oversee application process by attending job starts and performing in-progress visits; document field reports and enforce specifications and good roofing practices.
  • •Conduct final inspections for technical acceptance to support warranty issuance.
  • •Serve as the liaison between applicators, general contractors, consultants, architects, building owners, and Sika during installation.
  • •Follow up on leak and warranty claim calls, complete necessary Sarnafil repairs, and inspect existing Sarnafil roofs for warranty transfers/extensions and annual inspections.
