Manage email content, copy, templates, and blast sends using CRM and outreach tooling, collaborating with other channel peers to deliver end-to-end results.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead acquisition email marketing, including developing and scaling a cold email outreach program to drive business results.
•Own email KPIs and email health metrics, including warm lead database size, open/click engagement, and deliverability/spam score.
•Segment target audiences and align them to drips sequences and campaign requirements.
•Influence and help manage a lead scoring system to identify and accelerate ideal customers through the acquisition lifecycle.
•Own acquisition lifecycle workflows and blast sends; manage email content, copy, and templates to continuously optimize performance.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of strategic leadership experience in enterprise email marketing.
•Experience with B2B CRM tooling (HubSpot preferred; Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud accepted).
•Set up and manage a lead scoring program.
•Set up and manage a B2B cold outreach program using tools such as Lemlist, Clay, or comparable.
•Experience handling large volumes and working across multiple markets and languages.
