Job Summary

Provide end-user desktop support for Taaleem schools, troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware, software, and peripheral workstation issues. Handle help desk requests and manage users’ needs alongside service providers. Support iOS devices and iOS Server, maintain and manage IT equipment and facilities (labs, PD rooms, boardrooms), run printer management and computer rebuilds, and set up/remove IT equipment for assemblies and trainings.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide complete desktop support to technology users across Taaleem schools.
•Respond to technology problems and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
•Manage help desk requests and provide advice/support to diagnose issues.
•Manage iOS devices and iOS Server, supporting teacher and staff technical support needs.
•Maintain and manage IT equipment (e.g., laptop trollies, labs and facilities IT) including printer management, rebuilds, and setup/removal of equipment for events and training.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
•Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field.
•Knowledge and understanding of all IT issues in a school environment.
•Ability to communicate with staff and provide effective technical assistance.
•Ability to assess school hardware, maintain stock condition, and support planning for replacement.
