Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as CDS Agile Product Manager for 24K programs within the SAFe Agile Framework.
  • •Act as the internal voice of the customer by understanding variant needs and customer expectations.
  • •Partner with Business Owner (CIPT) and System Architect to convert program vision into program features.
  • •Work with customers and product owners to understand and communicate feature acceptance criteria.
  • •Maintain and communicate a prioritized 24K program backlog and participate in agile ceremonies (PI planning, PO sync, sprint reviews), plus software planning, estimating, tracking, and feature design reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 10+ years of relevant experience, or a STEM master’s with 7+ years of experience.
  • •Experience developing software in an Agile framework.
  • •Prior safety-critical software development experience.
  • •Knowledge of regulatory standards such as DO178B.
  • •Familiarity with jet engine control and diagnostic system architectures and control logic design.
