  • •Perform on-site construction observations and assist with multi-disciplinary on-site forensic investigations.
  • •Conduct enclosure research, analysis, and design calculations; prepare reports, design drawings/specifications, and cost estimates.

Key Requirements

  • •Registered Architect or Professional Engineer.
  • •Seven to ten years of relevant post-education experience in building preservation/enclosures, façade design, and sustainability.
  • •Knowledge of building materials and construction processes for enclosures, façades, waterproofing, cladding systems, roofs, parking structures, and noise abatement.
  • •Familiar with codes, building planning, design, façade, and construction management across commercial, industrial, and historic buildings.
  • •Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, and other technical software; experience with third-party green building rating systems (e.g., LEED, Passive House, LBC, WELL).
