Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and monitor complex project schedules for data centre construction within a project team.
  • •Ensure the accuracy, validity and completeness of schedules and prepare progress reports for project reporting purposes.
  • •Identify, analyse and communicate deviations, and develop proposals for corrective actions.
  • •Coordinate internal and external schedules, assess methodologies and control systems, and develop improvement measures.
  • •Foster clear and structured communication with internal client stakeholders and external design teams.

Key Requirements

  • •A technical or university degree, ideally in construction or engineering.
  • •Around 7 years of experience in project controls for industrial or data centre projects, with at least 5 years focused on scheduling.
  • •Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills, strong goal orientation and empathy, and ability to work on complex, large-scale projects.
  • •Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • •Strong experience using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
