Job Summary

Drive Oracle Fusion ERP solutions by partnering with functional business units to understand processes and KPIs, then recommending and building scalable workflows and reports. Key Responsibilities

•Work with functional business units to understand processes, KPIs, and organization structure, recommending/building global scalable workflow solutions and reports.
•Collaborate with IT/ERP deployment teams on configuration changes, workflows, scripts, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, record types, reports, and dashboards.
•Help administrators, department managers, super-users, and end-users utilize IT/ERP system functionality effectively.
•Manage and ensure resolution for internal IT/ERP system projects, upgrades, and change requests.
•Document and maintain system customizations and training materials, including support for migration data conversion, cleansing, and de-duplication activities.

Key Requirements

•Master degree or professional qualification.
•Knowledge of the dredging/civil marine industry (preferable).
•Ability to manage personnel with different cultural backgrounds.
•Strong ability to communicate with users throughout implementation to ensure satisfaction with progress.
•Ability to design solutions that integrate with existing technology, including hardware, operating systems, and other applications.
