•Coach and develop others by teaching training content through roleplay, providing feedback, and supporting store associates’ training and development.
•Use strong written and verbal communication to build client relationships, promote business goals, stay ethical, and de-escalate situations calmly.
•Ensure compliance by managing personal timecards for payroll accuracy, maintaining Tumi University Training, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
