Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial and customization initiatives for the ANZ Commercial Programs team on an 18-month fixed-term contract. Manage a portfolio of ~25 programs annually, including complex multi-phase initiatives, translating priorities into plans, milestones, and governance. Coordinate cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Technology, and external 3PL vendors, overseeing performance, integrations (ERP, Shopify, APIs), reporting, and risk mitigation to drive operational efficiency and improved customer offerings.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end delivery of commercial, customization, and strategic initiatives across ANZ.
•Manage a portfolio of ~25 programs annually, including 3–4 complex, multi-phase initiatives with rapid execution projects.
•Partner across Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Technology, and external vendors to align global expertise with local execution needs.
•Oversee customization program performance and scalability delivered via 3PL partners, including relationships with warehouse operators and vendors.
•Track program performance, risks, dependencies, and key metrics; provide stakeholder updates and mitigation strategies.

Key Requirements

•Greater than 5 years relevant experience, with a bachelor’s preferred or equivalent experience.
•Proven program or project management experience in operational, manufacturing, retail, or product-led environments.
•Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with varying complexity.
•Strong cross-functional experience delivering business-critical outcomes.
•Exposure to systems and integrations (ERP, eCommerce platforms, APIs) and their impact on workflows.
