Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee NAV operations, including capital activity bookings, accruals/amortization, yields, diagnostics, and generation/validation of NAV.
  • •Reduce manual processes and support/implement technology upgrades to enhance operational control.
  • •Lead User Acceptance Testing (as required) and manage projects with business partners and Markets Securities Services Bangalore.
  • •Devise and analyze management information requirements/processes; ensure accurate completion of business data and timely reporting within agreed timescales.
  • •Review NAV packs, monitor operational productivity/quality targets, drive quality campaigns/initiatives, and escalate/resolution of problem situations while managing operational risk.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting or qualifications in accounting/finance.
  • •3–5 years of relevant funds administration experience.
  • •Strong analytical and eye-for-detail skills with a complete understanding of Trade Life Cycle.
  • •Excellent knowledge of capital markets, financial instruments, accounting principles, and fundamentals of accounting.
  • •Working knowledge of Investment Management Systems and tools such as Multifonds, Pcontrol, ICON, and Bloomberg (and/or Reuters).
