Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the senior, customer-facing PTC Windchill Solution Architect and trusted advisor for the PLM ecosystem.
  • •Own architecture governance for Windchill and ThingWorx/Navigate, including change/document/BOM management, CAD integration, data loads, integrations, migrations, validation alignment, and environment support.
  • •Provide AMS and support governance across Windchill AMS L1/L2/L3 and ThingWorx support, including deployment support, service requests, incident/problem management, and standard changes.
  • •Drive issue triage, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, recurring incident reduction, knowledge base improvements, and system health/SLA backlog/KPI reviews.
  • •Lead engagement governance including scope control/CR shaping, estimation, delivery governance, risk management, and continuous improvement to convert AMS from support-led to value-led operations.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of hands-on experience with PTC Windchill.
  • •5+ years as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Lead Architect, or equivalent role.
  • •Experience leading customer-facing architecture discussions for US or global customers.
  • •Experience with AMS, enhancement, implementation, integration, migration, upgrade, validation, and support tracks.
  • •Experience managing offshore or distributed delivery teams.
