Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee implementation of the Quality Management System across the company, including business accreditations.
  • •Maintain Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures, and analyze current and future procedural needs.
  • •Lead and undertake audits across business areas and the supply chain; host external ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 audits.
  • •Train and champion the QMS, and provide guidance to auditors and other stakeholders as needed.
  • •Coordinate customer/internal audits, manage the corrective action reporting system, follow up nonconformities through CAPA, and deploy EQMS risk/opportunity processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of experience as an ISO9001 and IATF16949 Quality Systems Engineer.
  • •Strong IATF 16949 and CSR knowledge, with mechanical/statistical knowledge and familiarity with automotive or aerospace products.
  • •Knowledge of the Quality Management System and working experience with core tools (APQP, SPC, PPAP, PFMEA/CP).
  • •Ability to interpret drawings/requirements and support engineering changes and validation.
  • •Engineering background (electronics, industrial, mechatronic, electro-mechanical or related) and strong communication skills (8D management).
