Key Responsibilities

  • •Own UI/UX quality of the entire product, including every interface decision that ships and the standard it must meet.
  • •Supervise team members’ UI/UX work by setting direction, reviewing output, advising solutions, and driving tasks to the same quality bar.
  • •Own major visual features end to end: brief, design exploration, written rationale, implementation, and final polish.
  • •Own the design system and documentation to ensure consistency across screens, devices, and locales.
  • •Run an AI-first design workflow: manage generation-to-production quality, own shared prompting assets, and keep the team’s tooling ahead of the market.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as the final quality owner for a product’s UI/UX, with sign-off responsibility for what ships.
  • •Hands-on production experience with AI design and code tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or close equivalents) using advanced prompting.
  • •Shipped, live consumer web products with visible craft in the details (depth matters more than years).
  • •Front-end fundamentals in React/Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript to implement and refine designs in production code.
  • •Experience building or maintaining a design system and guiding other developers’ UI/UX work to shipped quality.
