Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
  • •Current member in good standing of a State Bar with ability to become barred or registered in-house counsel in the state where the role is located.
  • •Experience as in-house counsel at a multinational company or large law firm handling complex commercial and regulatory matters (preferred 15+ years).
  • •Strong understanding of the electronic payments industry and CARCAM regulations, with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
