Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate The Learning Collective learning, performance, and growth strategy into practical learning experience execution across multiple international regions.
  • •Develop and deliver learning agendas by aligning local needs with global standards, partnering with Regional Presidents and Regional PX VPs.
  • •Lead needs analyses with PX Business Partners and convert insights into scalable, measurable learning solutions to improve performance and capability.
  • •Own international Train-the-Trainer (TTT): recruit and enable facilitators, set facilitator standards, and run observation/feedback/co-facilitation quality loops.
  • •Embed governance and measurement: reduce duplication, maintain quality, define success metrics, share executive-ready insights, and continuously improve with data and feedback.

  • •Expertise in adult learning principles, leadership frameworks, and learning measurement methodologies.
